| | Urpirio Onneliber Moreno Carvajal , nacido en el municipio de Yaguate de la provincia San Cristóbal , Republica Dominicana en el 17 de mayo de 1974 , es ingeniero de profecion del area agronomica , agroforestal e industrial ,escritor , estadista, cientifico , investigador del area de las agricultura y las ciencias sociales y filantropo.tambien estudiosos de la ciencias economica y las finanzas. ha ocupado diferentes posiciones guvernamentales en el estado dominicano desde el año 1994 hasta los corriente , en el año 1994 trabajo como especialista agropecuario para el instituto agrario dominicano IAD , luedo en el año 2007 trabajo para el estado dominicano como director general del proyecto agroindustrial D1 Ganadero Ysura en la provincia de azua , luego en el año 2020 fues designado como Director Ejecutivo de la Comision Nacional de Promocion Agricola y Ganadera del ministerio de agricultura de la republica dominicana. |
