- 4 cups (500 g) bread flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons instant dried yeast
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1¼ cups (300 ml) water
Steps[edit | edit source]
- Combine the dry ingredients. Put the flour, salt and yeast in a large bowl and mix until combined. Create a hold in the center.
- Mix in the wet ingredients. Add the oil and water to the mixture and mix to combine, to form a dough.
- Knead the dough.
