This one-pan recipe merges eight desserts together on a single baking sheet. The original recipe by Buzzfeed Tasty[1] went viral on YouTube in 2018, with the video amassing over 50 million views.[2] This recipe takes inspiration from the original, combining multiple recipes for cakes, pies, and cookies into one.

Ingredients

Cookie dough[3][note 1]

  • 1¼ sticks (150 g) butter, softened
  • ½ cup (90 g) light brown sugar
  • ½ cup (90 g) golden superfine sugar
  • 1 US large / UK standard egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups (240 g) all-purpose flour, more if needed
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1½ cups (180 g) chocolate chips
  • 1 small bag (approximately ⅓ cup / 40 g) M&Ms [4]

S'mores[1]

  • 115 g chocolate
  • 1 cup (60 g) mini marshmallows

Brownie batter[1][4]

  • 1 package (15 oz / 425 g) brownie mix
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons (40 ml) vegetable oil[5]
  • 2½ tablespoons (37.5 ml) water

Apple pie filling[6][note 2]

  • 1 ea. (approximately 260 g)[7] Bramley or green cooking apple
  • 4 tablespoons golden superfine sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Pumpkin pie filling[4]

  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup (55 g) superfine sugar
  • ¼ cup (45 g) light brown sugar
  • 1 cup (250 g) pumpkin purée
  • ⅓ cup (80 ml) heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 heaped teaspoon mixed spice

Banana bread batter[4]

  • ½ stick (60 g) butter, softened
  • ⅓ cup (70 g) sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup (70 g) self-rising flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 banana, mashed

Cheesecake filling[4]

  • 125 g mascarpone
  • 1¼ cup (300 g) cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup (110 g) superfine sugar

Assembly

  • 8 graham crackers
  • 2 sheets shortcrust pastry

Notes

  1. ↑ The ingredients combined for the original chocolate chip cookie recipe totalled approximately 3 cups (700 g). For the main recipe, these ingredients are scaled up by 25% to 3¾ cups (870 g) to match. Since the dough is meant to be molded rather than drop, extra flour may be needed.
  2. ↑ The ingredients combined for the original apple pie filling totalled approximately 6 cups (1 kg). For the main recipe, these ingredients are downsized to 30% of original size (2 cups / 300 g).
