This one-pan recipe merges eight desserts together on a single baking sheet. The original recipe by Buzzfeed Tasty[1] went viral on YouTube in 2018, with the video amassing over 50 million views.[2] This recipe takes inspiration from the original, combining multiple recipes for cakes, pies, and cookies into one.

Steps
Making Cookie Dough
- Cream butter and sugar. Combine the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl and cream, using an electric mixer or wooden spoon until fluffy and very light.[3]
- Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add the egg and vanilla to the mixture, and beat in.[3]
- Fold in the dry ingredients. Add in the flour, salt and baking soda, and fold in using a spatula.[3] Finish mixing with your hands. This should form a soft dough that is not sticky to the touch.
- If the cookie dough is too sticky to handle, add in additional flour, 1 tablespoon at a time.
- Fold in chocolate chips. Add the chocolate chips to the dough, folding well to distribute.
- Divide the dough equally into two bowls.
- Mix the M&Ms into one bowl. Add the m&Ms to one of bowls and, using your hands, mix in.[4]
- Set aside both the doughs.
Making Brownie Batter
- Prepare the brownie mix. Combine the brownie mix with egg, oil and water.[5] This should form a very thick batter that is only slightly softer than cookie dough.[4]
- Set aside.
Making Apple Pie Filling
- Line a baking sheet. Use the paper towels to line the baking sheet.
- Chop the apple. Core the apple and roughly chop them into pieces.[6]
- Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and fold the towel in half. Set aside for 1 hour.[6]
- Combine the dry ingredients. Put the sugar, cinnamon and flour in a bowl and mix to combine.[6]
- Coat apple pieces in sugar mixture. Add the apple pieces, and mix using your hands to coat.[6]
- Set aside.
Making Pumpkin Pie Filling
- Whisk the egg and sugars. Put the egg and sugars in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.[4]
- Mix in other ingredients. Put the pumpkin purée, cream, vanilla and mixed spice, whisking until combined.[4]
- Set aside.
Making Banana Bread Batter
- Cream butter and sugar. Combine the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl and cream, using an electric mixer or wooden spoon until fluffy and very light.[4]
- Combine in other ingredients. Add the egg, flour, baking powder, and mashed banana, beating until smooth.[4]
- Set aside.
Making Cheesecake Filling
- Combine all ingredients until smooth. Put both cheeses, the eggs, flour, and sugar, in a bowl, and mix to combine. [4]
- Set aside.
Assembling the Dessert
- Preheat the oven to 150°C (302°F).[1][4]
- Line baking paper and annotate. Cut baking paper into a rectangle the size of your baking pan. Use a pencil and ruler to divide the paper into 8 equal sections—halved length-wise and quartered width-wise, as in the layout diagram. Annotate the sections as described in the diagram below.
- Grease and line baking sheet. Use butter or oil spray to grease the baking pan, and line with the annotated paper.[1]
- Mold and align cookie doughs. Shape both cookie doughs into rectangles measuring 4½×6½ inches (11.5×16.5 cm). Align the doughs with their respective sections.[1]
- Make walls with graham crackers. Break the graham crackers into smaller rectangles. Place them, on edge, along the borders of the s'mores section, pressing them against the cookie doughs for support. You are essentially making walls to hold in the s'mores section.[1]
- Make s'mores section. Place two graham crackers on the bottom of the s'mores section to create the base. Distribute the chocolate on top, then sprinkle with the marshmallows.[1]
- Add brownie batter section. Spread brownie batter over its respective section.[1] It should be stiff enough to hold its shape. Using your wet hands or a spatula, gently press the right wall of batter to correctly align it with the right wall of the M&Ms cookie dough.
- Make base for pie fillings. If necessary, press the pastry dough sheets together so that they are big enough to cover both the pumpkin pie and apple pie sections of the pan. Press the dough over the right side of pan so that it covers these two sections and goes up three of the walls. Trim away any overhang as necessary.[1]
- Make walls of pastry dough. Use a long strip of dough, stood on edge, to create a wall between the pie section and the rest of the pan. Press to seal it with the existing dough. In a similar fashion, use another strip of pastry to create a wall between the pumpkin and apple sections so the fillings don't combine. Press to seal.[1]
- Add pie fillings to relevant sections. Spread the apple pie and pumpkin pie fillings in their respective sections.[1]
- Make another wall and base of graham crackers. Create graham cracker walls around the cheesecake section, and line the bottom with graham crackers. Spread the cheesecake filling over top.[1]
- Add the banana bread batter to final section. Spread the banana bread batter in the last remaining section.[1]
- Bake for an hour in the preheated oven. Transfer to a wire rack and leave to cool completely.[1][4]
- Slice into squares. Use a knife to slice into 32 squares (4 along the longer sides, 8 along the smaller sides).[1]
Tips
- You can decorate the cheesecake section with some raspberries.[1]
- Slices can have up to 4 flavors depending on how you cut it.[1]
Notes
- ↑ The ingredients combined for the original chocolate chip cookie recipe totalled approximately 3 cups (700 g). For the main recipe, these ingredients are scaled up by 25% to 3¾ cups (870 g) to match. Since the dough is meant to be molded rather than drop, extra flour may be needed.
- ↑ The ingredients combined for the original apple pie filling totalled approximately 6 cups (1 kg). For the main recipe, these ingredients are downsized to 30% of original size (2 cups / 300 g).
