Cookie brownies with Oreos and sugar cookies! Perfect for a crisp fall night.

Ingredients[edit | edit source]

  • 1 box of brownie mix
  • 12 Oreos
  • 12 sugar cookies
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • ½ cup (125 ml) vegetable oil

Steps[edit | edit source]

  1. Preheat your oven to 177 °C (350 °F).
  2. Put the cupcake liners in the muffin tins making sure the liners are correctly placed.
  3. In a bowl whisk the brownie mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil, then set aside.
  4. Place a sugar cookie at the bottom of each cupcake liner. Add the Oreos on top of the sugar cookies.
  5. Lastly, pour the brownie mix on top of the Oreos using the spatula to guide the batter, leaving enough room so they do not spill over when baking in the oven.
  6. Place the muffin tin in the oven for 17-20 minutes, or until the brownie batter is completely cooked, you can check this by placing a toothpick to see if they are cooked, if they have batter on then they are still raw, but if they only have a little bit they are all done!
  7. Once you let them cool for 5-10 minutes, remove the cupcake liner and enjoy!
