Cookie brownies with Oreos and sugar cookies! Perfect for a crisp fall night.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 box of brownie mix
- 12 Oreos
- 12 sugar cookies
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons water
- ½ cup (125 ml) vegetable oil
Steps[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 177 °C (350 °F).
- Put the cupcake liners in the muffin tins making sure the liners are correctly placed.
- In a bowl whisk the brownie mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil, then set aside.
- Place a sugar cookie at the bottom of each cupcake liner. Add the Oreos on top of the sugar cookies.
- Lastly, pour the brownie mix on top of the Oreos using the spatula to guide the batter, leaving enough room so they do not spill over when baking in the oven.
- Place the muffin tin in the oven for 17-20 minutes, or until the brownie batter is completely cooked, you can check this by placing a toothpick to see if they are cooked, if they have batter on then they are still raw, but if they only have a little bit they are all done!
- Once you let them cool for 5-10 minutes, remove the cupcake liner and enjoy!
