  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder

  1. Melt the sugar. In a metal ladie, heat the sugar over medium heat just above the gas, stirring constantly using a wooden chopstick, until it is melted.
  2. Stir in the baking soda.
  3. Pour the sugar mixture into baking paper.
  4. Press the candy.
